Upon prompt arrival you went in search of the problem and guaranteed me to try to keep it at a minimum cost. Your polite, non-intrusive manner is to be commended. It is people like yourself (which are few and far between) that restores the human spirit in the sense that there are still nice people out there. Unfortunately we seem to live in a world where money means everything and a good deed is just not heard of. Thank you so much for restoring our faith in the human spirit.
